A copper-clad wood-fired oven. Thirty taps of carefully curated craft beer. Charlestown's best-kept secret — and Boston's most awarded neighborhood gastropub.
Our Story
Brewer's Fork opened in 2015 in the heart of Charlestown's Hayes Square, born from the vision of Michael and Kari Cooney — veterans of The Publick House and Neptune Oyster — alongside chef John Paine of Moody's Delicatessen.
At the center of everything is a copper Maine Wood Heat oven, burning at over 1,000 degrees. It cooks every hot item on the menu: charred-crust pizzas built on long-fermented sourdough, cast-iron meatballs in tangy marinara, roasted Maine mussels, and more.
Above the bar, 30 taps pour a curated selection of local and national craft beers — Night Shift, Trillium, Jack's Abby — alongside one of Boston's deepest wine and barrel-aged cellars. No reservations. Just great food and great beer.
On Tap
With 30 rotating draft handles and an extensive bottle and can selection, Brewer's Fork carries one of the most thoughtfully curated beer programs in the city. Expect local favorites from Night Shift, Trillium, and Jack's Abby alongside national craft heavyweights and imported gems.
The wine list is equally considered — and the barrel-aged and small-batch cider selection will surprise even the most seasoned drinker.
